The Catalyst Circle Agreement

THE OFFER

We have extended an offer to you, "Client" or "You," to join Take On Bar Exam Circle Coaching, LLC’s Catalyst Circle. The Catalyst Circle is our signature program. It is a highly-selective, invitation-only, coaching program that is a hybrid of group and one-on-one coaching.

THE AGREEMENT

Our Promise:

Take On Bar Exam Coaching, LLC agrees to provide the following bar exam coaching services to you commencing on the agreed upon start date and ending on July 18, 2025:

• every other week one-on-one coaching sessions

• small group bar exam strategy and writing workshops

• once a week group essay tutorials

• once a week group performance test tutorials

• once a week group MBE test taking strategy sessions

• every other week essay and performance test review, feedback and critiques

• mindset and executive functioning coaching

• a personalized study schedule

• MBE, performance test, and essays questions that have been released by the bar examiners

• Focus sessions

• Final Stretch Mindset Course

Your promise:

The Client agrees to pay $9,800.00 for our Catalyst Circle bar exam coaching program. The payment is due in full at the time the Client signs the agreement. Your access to the Catalyst Circle is made conditional on payment of this fee and any agreement to split payments is incorporated into this Agreement. You agree to:

• attend all one-on-one and group coaching sessions and to perform all work assigned in good faith

• submit 2 essays and 1 MPT/PT every other week in good faith for review

• complete all assigned study tasks and exercises.

• sit for the bar exam as planned.

You agree that you have the following materials:

• Adaptibar Online MBE Program

• Emanuel's Strategies & Tactics For The Bar Exam (8th Edition)

• Access to Kaplan, Barbri or Themis Outlines

THE GUARANTEE

The Guarantee is simple. If you:

• complete all required work in good faith, including submitting 2 essays and 1 MPT/PT every other week,

• attend scheduled coaching sessions, and

• sit for the agreed upon July 2025 bar exam but do not pass,

you may join our Clarity Circle program for free for up to 4 consecutive months.

THE FINE PRINT

• Georgia law governs this agreement. 

• This agreement is not transferable. 

• The services contained within this agreement are personal and are not transferable and any assignment is void; these services are customized for your particular needs. 

• We cannot and do not guarantee particular results. The fee is non-refundable.

• Our materials are copyrighted, which means you are not allowed to disseminate them in any format. All study materials, coaching strategies, and resources are confidential and for your personal use only. You may not share, copy, or distribute program materials without express written permission.

• We will protect your privacy and may use an anonymized version of your work with future clients or for marketing purposes, after first removing identifying information.

TERMINATION POLICY

We may elect to terminate your participation in the Catalyst Circle if:

• the Client repeatedly fail to adhere to this contract’s terms,

• the Client fails to participate in good faith,

• the Client engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, or

• the Client shares program materials or breaches confidentiality.

 There will be laughter and there may be tears, but we're going to get you through the bar exam together.
